Do I pay when I book?

Yes. Payment is collected securely at the time you book your session, so your time is locked in and there’s nothing to chase later.

What's the difference between onboarding and training?

Onboarding ($1,500) is a one-time, done-for-you setup — we configure the platform and migrate your data, and it includes your first team training. Training sessions ($500 each) are ongoing, live one-hour sessions for specific departments whenever you need them.

Can I mix departments in the 4-session package?

Absolutely. The package is any four one-hour sessions — mix and match Sales, Field, Office, Billing, Reporting, or Warranty however your team needs.

Is data migration included in onboarding?

Standard setup and migration are included in the $1,500 onboarding fee. If you’re moving a very large or complex data set from another system, we’ll confirm any additional data-project scope on your kickoff call before any extra work begins.
