A hand sketch on graph paper never quite matches the property. The driveway is on the wrong side, the setback is a guess, the addition nobody mentioned is missing. Start from a satellite image of the actual address and those problems go away. You place piers relative to the real foundation, the real trees, the real access points a crew has to work around.
