One Jobs & Pipeline
Track every job from the first phone call to the final payment. One record for the customer, work sold, price, technician, schedule, and status, moving through a pipeline built for how foundation repair jobs actually run.

Five capabilities working together underneath the pipeline you see.
01 Job Type Tags (Service Verticals)
- Tag jobs by repair type (piering, waterproofing, crawl space, etc.) at Settings → Job Type Tags.
- Filter the Jobs list, FR Pipeline Kanban, and Reports KPIs / Lead Attribution by tag, so you can segment waterproofing vs. foundation repair without running separate pipelines.
02 Multi-Workflow Pipelines
- Run multiple workflows per business, e.g. Residential Piering, Waterproofing, Commercial, each with its own stage set.
- Jobs bind to one workflow; the Kanban board shows workflow tabs to switch between pipelines.
- Settings → Workflows lets you create, rename, reorder workflows, and assign stages per workflow.
- New jobs inherit the default workflow, and stage moves stay workflow-aware across both the API and the UI.
03 Customizable FR Pipeline (Default 18 Stages) With Stage Gates
- Jobs move through phase-grouped Kanban columns, like Pre-Production and Production.
- Stage gates block advancement until prerequisite stages are complete. A blocked drag shows a clear "Stage gate" message instead of silently failing.
- Stage completion is tracked with a full audit trail.
- Pipeline Stage Settings (Settings → Pipeline Stages) let owners and admins rename, recolor, reorder, add, and soft-delete stages. The slug auto-regenerates on rename to keep milestone billing triggers in sync.
- A dependency check runs before deletion, showing how many jobs, automation rules, and milestone billing items reference a stage, with the option to reassign to another stage.
- The default pipeline stage is protected and can't be deleted via API or UI.
04 Permits & Engineering (Per Job)
- Permit records follow a status workflow: submitted → approved → expired.
- Document attachment links live on each permit.
- A permit_approved automation trigger fires the moment a permit is marked approved.
05 Milestone Billing on Job Detail
- A visual progress panel shows auto-generated milestone invoices tied to pipeline stage triggers.
- Payment schedules are configured at Settings; milestone invoices are created automatically when a job reaches the configured stage.
- Each payment schedule item can specify a trigger stage, so milestone invoices fire the moment a job enters that stage.
