Leslie Wilson

Leslie brings a background in AI-driven technology, enterprise SaaS, fintech, technical operations, and multi-tenant platform architecture. His experience spans product development, cloud deployment, API-first system design, automation infrastructure, and the implementation of scalable software systems for complex business environments.

Prior to joining Oblyss, Leslie founded IAB Advisors, an AI-powered financial technology company serving retail investors and independent RIAs. He has also advised companies as a Fractional CTO, working with founders and executive teams on technology strategy, AI-native architecture, product scalability, engineering execution, and technical due diligence.

At Oblyss, Leslie oversees technology vision, product architecture, engineering strategy, and platform development. He has led the buildout of core systems supporting CRM functionality, automation, AI-assisted workflows, contractor operations, and foundation repair-specific process infrastructure.

Leslie’s leadership is centered on building secure, scalable, and operationally intelligent technology for contractors across the foundation repair and broader home services market.
