In addition to founding Oblyss, Rachael is the founder of a marketing and growth strategy firm focused on B2B, home services, and performance marketing. Through her work with business owners, she has advised on operational efficiency, process improvement, attribution, and full-funnel growth systems designed to support long-term business performance.

Her perspective is informed by both professional experience and a lifelong connection to the trades. Raised in a trades family and married to a skilled tradesman, Rachael brings practical insight into the operational demands contractors face across foundation repair, waterproofing, drainage, structural repair, and adjacent home service categories.
